I am not liable for any damages incurred during shipping as I make sure to pack your items securely. I advise choosing a MOD that you trust. Likewise, I DO NOT accept RUSH SHIPPING. I do have a regular job. Though, I do try to ship items immediately.• LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS.
In case of mishandled or lost parcel by the courier, refunds will only be issued if the buyer opted for item protection, upon settlement with the courier. I will not refund items that have no item protection or that are denied by the courier. In case any problems occurred after you received the item (damaged parcel), make sure that you had filmed the unboxing video from opening the courier pouch/box until the very end so that further actions can be done.
Note: I do discourage the use of Shoppee Checkout with the risks associated with it. If you choose, sco in any case of lost/damaged parcel, I WILL NOT REFUND as you have been warned.• REFUNDS.
I do not refund an item once paid for its downpayment, or if paid in full. Unless you have an extremely legitimate excuse. Refusal for refund, in this case, is for the hassle of a missed transaction. Alternatively, all items are legitimate unless otherwise stated. If you have strong contention about the authenticity of the merch,
please gather enough evidence. Only then will I consider for refund.• DOP Extension.
I am very flexible when it comes to payment terms, please just let me know. DP will be required depending on the length of the DOP. Failure to pay on time results in an autoblock.• REFUSAL OF SERVICE.
